Exciting news! It became official this week that I will be traveling to Uganda for a month this comming summer with a program called Come, Let's Dance. I will be volunteering with several others to help orphans and destitute people of Uganda. I am so excited that my dream of traveling to Africa one day is actually becoming a reality! I have been spending a lot of time praying and really thinking about if it is the right time for me to be going to Africa or not. Over the last month it really became clear that this is an amazing life experience and this opportunity may not be there again for me for a while. So, school and work can wait and I am fully ready to embark on this journey. I have a lot to prepare for in the next 4 months but I'm ready for whatever comes my way. I want to be able to share with you my preparation for the trip and also my experiences while in Uganda.
